Requirements

  • 7+ years of leadership experience in landscape maintenance or related operations.
  • Proven ability to oversee large-scale operations with multiple layers of management.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Aspire or similar operational software a plus.
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and develop six supervisors overseeing 40+ crews.
  • Ensure schedules are maintained and issues resolved through Aspire .
  • Manage profitability across an $8M division, focusing on optimization and efficiency.
  • Oversee fleet operations, ensuring vehicles/equipment are maintained to standard.
  • Conduct and lead safety meetings, instilling a culture of accountability.
  • Train and coach supervisors to elevate leadership and performance.
  • Manage operations across the Bartlett and McHenry branches.
