About The Position

Hands-on leader to oversee maintenance and facility operations for our Critical Access Hospital and affiliated clinics
Managing facility systems (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing)
Leading maintenance staff and preventative maintenance programs
Ensuring compliance with life safety and healthcare regulations
Supporting a safe environment for patients, staff, and visitors

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent GED
• A minimum of 3-6 years of experience in building, mechanical, or electrical maintenance, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role highly desired
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills

Nice To Haves

• Licensure in HVAC, Electrical, and or Plumbing desired
