About The Position
The Director of Lower School at Stratford School is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Elementary grades (1st through 5th). This position is part of the Senior Leadership Team and reports directly to the Head of School. The Director is tasked with creating a positive school climate and maximizing opportunities for student growth and development, while ensuring compliance with educational standards and regulations.
