Position Summary: The Director of the Epworth Center for Counseling is responsible for the oversight, staff supervision and coordination of The Center's mental health and counseling services. Provides vision and leadership in establishing and monitoring the scope and direction of the Epworth Center for Counseling, ensuring its operation is consistent with national standards of practice. Provides sound fiscal management of the Epworth Center for Counseling's budget. Monitors the budget, establishes funding priorities and identifies optional funding resources. Oversees the provision of time-efficient, culturally informed individual and group counseling and related services through training, consultation, supervision and evaluation of the activities of the Epworth Center for Counseling's clinical professionals and staff.
