Responsibilities

  • Manage daily security and loss prevention operations.
  • Develop and implement emergency procedures.
  • Conduct investigations of property asset losses.

  • Conduct periodic patrols of the property and parking areas.
  • Handle complaints and resolve conflicts.

  • Attend meetings to understand group needs and communicate with Loss Prevention officers.

  • Provide guidance and direction to subordinates.
  • Solicit employee feedback and address concerns.
  • Display leadership in guest hospitality and customer service.

  • Complete employee performance appraisals and disciplinary procedures.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with local law enforcement authorities.
