Responsibilities

• Manage daily security and loss prevention operations.
• Develop and implement emergency procedures.
• Conduct investigations of property asset losses.
• Deploy security staff to monitor and protect property assets.

• Conduct periodic patrols of the property and parking areas.
• Handle complaints and resolve conflicts.
• Identify and recommend actions to minimize physical hazards.
• Maintain required reports and documentation regarding patrols.

• Attend meetings to understand group needs and communicate with Loss Prevention officers.
• Recognize and celebrate team member contributions.

• Provide guidance and direction to subordinates.
• Solicit employee feedback and address concerns.
• Display leadership in guest hospitality and customer service.
