About The Position

The Director of Logistics will serve as a project manager in order to provide day to day logistical leadership to all current 12Stone campuses. This person will assist in developing the logistics and behind the scenes processes to serve multiple (9+) campuses and give project management support in the launch of future 12Stone campuses. While the Director of Logistics will not have any oversight responsibilities of the campus staff or volunteers, they will work closely with Campus Pastors and Ministry Development leaders to support the centralized operations and systems.

  • Project skills (strategic planning, Forklifts and pallet jack operation, truck & trailer operation)

Nice To Haves

  • Ideally, this person enjoys the game of Tetris (https://play.tetris.com/). Ministry support often involves fast-moving "pieces" that need to be juggled and set into place before they become a blocker of other tasks and projects. This person would be closely aligned with campus parking and ops teams.

Responsibilities

  • Oversight & management of the "Supply Chain" that serves 12Stone campus operations.
  • Warehouse (space allocation, receiving, shipping)
  • Vehicles (trucks, trailers)
  • Transportation (weekly campus deliveries of supplies and equipment, delivery & pickup for larger initiatives, e.g. food drive, Christmas decorations, )
  • Special Event support (Camps, Retreats)
  • Some purchasing & equipment oversight (radios, cones, signage)
  • Primary recruiter/trainer/organizer for logistics support Daymaker/volunteer Teams.
  • Coordinate with facility team and ministry staff to confirm ownership, inventory, and liquidate (as needed) to create additional space for operations
