Here’s what we offer: The Role: The Director of Logistics provides strategic and operational leadership for all logistics and transportation functions across C&S Chemicals. This role oversees the company’s tanker truck fleet and related delivery assets, ensuring that all logistics operations are safe, compliant, cost-effective, and aligned with company objectives. The Director is responsible for driving fleet performance, P&L accountability, and strategic planning to maximize asset utilization, control costs, and strengthen the company’s logistics capabilities. This includes developing long-term fleet acquisition and retirement strategies, optimizing routing and delivery operations, and ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations. In addition to leading tanker operations, the Director of Logistics supports other divisions utilizing vehicles for deliveries and service. The position works closely with the Safety Department, Plant Operations, and Corporate Leadership to build a strong safety culture, improve delivery reliability, and position C&S Chemicals as a best-in-class logistics operator.
