About The Position

We are seeking a Director of Logistics and 3PL Operations to lead the development of our logistics and supply chain functions. The ideal candidate will be a visionary leader with extensive industry experience, responsible for building and executing strategies for long-term growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior logistics or 3PL role, with proven success in building and managing operations.
  • In-depth knowledge of supply chain principles, transportation management, warehouse operations, and industry best practices.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in managing teams and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills, analytical mindset, and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build partnerships and foster collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and lead a new 3PL division, developing strategies, infrastructure, and processes for optimal performance.
  • Design and implement logistics strategies to support business objectives, including warehouse operations, transportation, and inventory management.
  • Recruit, train, and manage a logistics team capable of driving operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with external clients, ensuring our 3PL services meet or exceed expectations.
  • Identify opportunities for improving supply chain efficiency, reducing costs, and enhancing service levels.
  • Introduce and oversee the adoption of technology solutions to streamline logistics and supply chain management.
  • Develop and manage budgets for logistics operations, ensuring cost-effectiveness and profitability.
