Davis Wright Tremaine LLP is looking for a Director of Litigation Docketing to join our team in our Seattle, Portland, San Francisco, Los Angeles, New York, or Washington D.C. offices. This position offers the flexibility to be fully remote while working within reasonable commuting distance from any of our offices. The Director of Litigation Docketing provides strategic leadership and oversight of the firm’s docketing operations, ensuring alignment with the firm's objectives and risk management policies. This role is responsible for managing and guiding the firm’s docketing professionals, maintaining compliance with court rules and deadlines, and optimizing docketing systems and processes. Additionally, the Director leads the implementation of firm-wide best practices in litigation support, driving efficiency, accuracy, and excellence in service delivery. In this key leadership position, the Director collaborates with firm leadership, attorneys, paralegals, and staff to ensure seamless operations and alignment with the firm's strategic goals. They are also charged with spearheading the development and implementation of innovative systems, processes, and procedures to enhance the quality and effectiveness of docketing services across the firm.
