We are hiring a Director, CRM to lead and elevate our global CRM and lifecycle marketing strategy across both sides of our marketplace. In this role, you will drive our multi-year vision to enhance the intelligence and impact of our CRM-triggered communications, leveraging data science models, marketplace logic, and lifecycle automation to deliver contextual, timely, and high-impact messaging to our retailers and brands. You will partner closely with Data Science, Product, and Engineering to refine the models powering our CRM ecosystem, ensuring messages reach the right customers at the precise moment in their journey to maximize engagement and revenue growth. Additionally, you will lead the development of a holistic customer strategy grounded in data, delivering measurable results through iterative testing and analytics-driven optimizations.
