We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Learning and Development Leader to drive the design, delivery, and evaluation of innovative learning experiences that support business goals and employee growth. This role will champion adult learning best practices, build scalable learning strategies, and deliver measurable outcomes through strong technical and reporting capabilities.

  • Develop and lead the company-wide L&D strategy aligned with organizational goals, values, and employee development needs
  • Design blended learning programs using adult learning theory (e.g., experiential, collaborative, just-in-time learning)
  • Oversee the development of leadership, technical, and soft skill curricula for diverse employee groups, including front-line teams, managers, and senior leaders
  • Partner with cross-functional leaders to conduct learning needs assessments and identify skill gaps
  • Deliver high-impact learning sessions, workshops, and programs—virtually and in person
  • Lead and coach internal facilitators to uphold instructional quality standards
  • Integrate tools such as e-learning modules, simulations, and microlearning into the learner experience
  • Establish performance metrics and reporting frameworks to measure training effectiveness, knowledge retention, and business impact
  • Leverage LMS (Learning Management Systems), HRIS data, and survey tools to drive learning insights and continuous improvement
  • Create executive-level reports to track progress on learning KPIs, including participation, satisfaction, and outcomes
  • Manage LMS and learning platforms, ensuring optimal user experience and system functionality
  • Collaborate with IT and HRIS to optimize data integration and learning reporting capabilities
  • Stay current with L&D technologies, AI-driven learning tools, and digital engagement platforms
  • Lead a high-performing team of L&D professionals, instructional designers, and facilitators
  • Build strong partnerships with HR, Operations, and business leaders to embed learning into talent practices (onboarding, performance management, succession planning)
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing across the organization
  • Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Adult Education, Human Resources, or a related field (Master's preferred)
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in L&D with at least 3 years in a leadership role
  • Deep expertise in adult learning theory, instructional design, and learning evaluation models (e.g., ADDIE, Kirkpatrick)
  • Proficiency with LMS platforms (e.g., Cornerstone, Workday Learning, or similar) and digital learning tools
  • Strong analytical skills; ability to build dashboards and reporting frameworks in Excel, Power BI, or Tableau
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and change management skills
  • Experience building leadership development and career pathing programs a plus
