Oversee and direct land planning and landscape architecture projects, ensuring timely and successful completion.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the client base and expand our project portfolio.
Apply deep knowledge of zoning, due diligence, and land development processes to deliver high-quality, creative solutions.
Lead and mentor a team, foster collaboration with other disciplines, and create a productive work environment.
Manage diverse development projects, including commercial, multi-family, subdivisions, mixed-use, site plans, and urban design.

Licensed Professional Landscape Architect in the State of Maryland (required).
Degree in Landscape Architecture (required).
8–12 years of professional experience in land and site development.
Proven expertise in commercial, multi-family, mixed-use, and urban design projects.
Strong graphic and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate and visualize design concepts.
Demonstrated leadership and staff management experience.
In-depth understanding of zoning regulations, due diligence, and planning processes.
