The Director, Labor Relations is responsible for oversight and management of all aspects of the labor relations portfolios within the organization (US and Canada). Develops and implements strategies to promote positive relations between management and labor unions. Responsible for ongoing labor management resolutions, collective bargaining and labor contract administration. Will formulate labor and employment policy development and training. Negotiates collective bargaining agreements, resolves disputes, and ensures compliance with labor laws and regulations. Works closely with HR and legal teams to address labor-related challenges and promote a fair and equitable workplace for all employees.
