About The Position
The Director of IT - Operations is a strategic and hands-on leader responsible for overseeing IT operations. This role ensures high levels of collaboration and leads our team members to constantly pursue an environment that far surpasses expectations. As IT Director - Operations, you will manage and deliver on all aspects of IT operations and services, including strategic direction and day-to-day operations. You will own all employee-facing IT services and will ensure that end-to-end IT support is provided for all Muckleshoot Casino Resort team members. The Director of IT -- Operations has direct responsibility for end-user services, IT operations center, application support, as well as asset management.
