About The Position

The Director of ISP Development and Quality provides agency-wide leadership over goal development, documentation, tracking, and evaluation within the Individualized Service Plan (ISP) framework. This role ensures that assessments are translated into meaningful, measurable, person-centered goals and that Therap is used consistently and with integrity to monitor progress and outcomes. By establishing standards and systems (not managing daily operations) this position strengthens service quality, accountability, and regulatory readiness across all programs.

Requirements

• Deep experience with goal development within ISPs and Therap
• Strong understanding of assessment-driven planning and outcome tracking
• Comfortable setting standards and guiding others without direct operational authority
• Enjoys building systems, improving consistency, and using data to drive quality

Responsibilities

• Provide agency-wide leadership for goal development and outcome evaluation within ISPs
• Establish and enforce standards for goal quality, progress measurement, and revision
• Monitor goal-level data to strengthen consistency and effectiveness across programs
• Partner with program leadership, QA, and clinical teams to strengthen goal-setting practices
• Serve as the central steward of Therap-based goal and outcomes systems
