About The Position
A LaserAway Director of Inventory and Equipment will oversee a team that manages inventory control and shipping, as well as a team of electrical engineers who repair and design solutions to improve our equipment operations. Responsibilities for the inventory team include ensuring all inventory is properly tracked, accounted for, and within budget, performing cost savings analysis, and routinely auditing for accuracy and cost analysis. Responsibilities for the repair shop include maintaining production at the highest efficiency, reducing cost and repair times, prioritizing agendas based on business needs, and maintaining the best safety practices for the team. This position will support the growth within the company and strategically grow the division based on the needs of the operations.
