About The Position
We are seeking a Director of Internal Communications to lead internal communications for Medtronic’s $6B global Surgical Operating Unit. This critical and highly visible role reports to the Head of Communications for Surgical and includes direct leadership of a team member. As Director, you will shape how we inform, engage, and inspire our global employee community. Your work will help foster a strong sense of purpose and connection—linking employees to Medtronic’s Mission, business priorities, and each other. You will develop communication strategies that elevate the voice of leadership, cultivate culture, and support transformation across a dynamic, global organization.
