About The Position

We are seeking a Director of Internal Communications to lead internal communications for Medtronic's $6B global Surgical Operating Unit. This critical and highly visible role reports to the Head of Communications for Surgical and includes direct leadership of a team member. As Director, you will shape how we inform, engage, and inspire our global employee community. Your work will help foster a strong sense of purpose and connection-linking employees to Medtronic's Mission, business priorities, and each other. You will develop communication strategies that elevate the voice of leadership, cultivate culture, and support transformation across a dynamic, global organization.
