Huntress
8d$185,000 - $200,000Remote

About The Position

As the Director of Integrated Marketing, you are a strategic and hands-on leader responsible for driving global, multi-channel marketing initiatives that fuel Huntress’ growth. You will lead a high-performing team of four Integrated Marketing Managers to architect and execute full-funnel strategies—focusing on market awareness, new business acquisition, and customer expansion across our diverse product suite. This is a pivotal leadership role for a "player-coach" who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at building through ambiguity, and can translate complex data into actionable campaign improvements. We’re looking for a creative thinker who isn’t the typical B2B enterprise marketer and is willing to think outside the box to capture our audience's imagination.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in B2B/B2C marketing with at least 5+ years of people leadership experience; a true player-coach who can develop talent while staying close to execution.
  • Deep understanding of technical and business buyer personas (IT and Security).
  • A self-starter who maintains a high-quality bar and disciplined execution while thriving in a hypergrowth, dynamic landscape.
  • Content-savvy creative thinker, with a finger on the pulse of market shifts, technology trends, and audience needs; ability to create unique, memorable, and educational demand content.
  • Expert knowledge around a variety of marketing channels, including comms/PR, web, email, paid media, social media, content marketing, events, and community engagement.
  • Deep understanding of how to drive alignment and joint execution between marketing and sales functions.
  • Analytical and data-driven, with a proven history of owning marketing targets, measuring campaign impact, and influencing pipeline growth. Strong ability to interpret data, extract insights, and drive campaign improvements.
  • Experience using account-based marketing (ABM) tactics to reach and engage decision makers in target accounts.
  • Strong communication skills at all levels of the organization, including senior executives.
  • A leader who believes high performance comes from trust, clarity, and respect—able to align diverse perspectives and working styles into a cohesive, high-impact team.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience building demand campaigns for high-volume, velocity-driven business models within the mid-market, enterprise, and MSP spaces is a plus.
  • Experience in managing $200M+ in revenue pipeline in high-growth companies

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the end-to-end global campaign strategy, aligning multi-channel tactics (paid media, web, email, social, and events) into a well-orchestrated demand machine.
  • Recruit, mentor, and inspire a team of four Integrated Marketing Managers, ensuring clarity of goals, professional development, and seamless execution of deadlines and milestones.
  • Partner closely with Product Marketing, Brand, Web, Digital, and Regional Marketing to refine buyer journey maps and ensure consistent, differentiated messaging across all stages of customer awareness.
  • Collaborate with Sales, SDR leadership, and enablement to ensure sellers are integrated into marketing efforts
  • Own key business KPIs (leads, QAs, pipeline, and ROI); leverage data analytics and A/B testing to optimize lead generation and conversion processes continuously.
  • Balance strategy with execution—guiding the team while staying hands-on in planning, content development, and campaign delivery.
  • Own campaign frameworks, integrated planning process, and reporting to measure and optimize impact.
  • Leverage AI and data to improve marketing productivity, personalization, and performance.

Benefits

  • 100% remote work environment - since our founding in 2015
