About The Position
Creates, directs, and implements the policies and procedures for the Intake Department. Ensures a high level of quality care and services for patients by coordinating and communicating operational procedures to staff and various departments. Monitors, evaluates, and modifies operational systems while adhering to company guidelines and standards. Directs and manages day-to-day operations for our Intake Department and staff. Serves as a member of the interdisciplinary team supporting the organization's treatment and philosophy, and assures the delivery of quality treatment to patients and their families. The Director of Intake is responsible for the success, accountability, and oversight of the admission process. Manages the day-to-day operations of Intake to ensure safe and appropriate care is provided to those referred to and presenting for assessment for mental health and chemical dependency services. This position ensures the direction and implementation of operating policies, processes, and initiatives. This includes providing coaching and supervision to staff to meet and support organizational objectives.
