About The Position
The Director of Insurance & Revenue Cycle Management at TruHearing is a pivotal leadership role responsible for overseeing all aspects of insurance and revenue cycle management processes. This position requires a strategic mindset to set the direction for revenue cycle management while ensuring the optimization of end-to-end operations within the Insurance group. The Director will implement and enhance processes, policies, and procedures based on thorough research and analytics, applying industry best practices to improve operational efficiency. This role also involves providing consultative expertise to cross-functional teams, ensuring adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and leading high-performing teams through regular one-on-one meetings to motivate and guide team members towards achieving their goals. In addition to operational oversight, the Director will be responsible for selecting and managing software tools and vendors, ensuring that systems are configured to meet business objectives. This includes accountability for system testing, quality control, and benefit analysis. The role requires a deep understanding of various insurance types and regulatory compliance, particularly with government programs such as Medicare and Medicaid. The Director will lead audits and risk assessments related to claims activities, ensuring compliance with both internal and external standards. The position demands a high level of analytical thinking and strategic planning, as the Director will need to visualize data and create reports on the performance of the insurance group functions. The role is not only about managing processes but also about building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including payers and vendors.
