Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution of higher education. Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively and effectively across disciplinary boundaries with faculty, students and staff; work with and respond to the needs of students and faculty from a variety of academic disciplines. Plan, organize, and direct others in the formation of program and policy in the operation of the various activities of Instructional Support. Demonstrated ability to provide leadership, management and facilitation skills; and the ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
