The Director of Instructional Framework and Instructional Support will lead and support the implementation of a high-quality instructional delivery system aligned with Illinois Learning Standards and the Gradual Release of Responsibility (GRR) model. This role will focus on strengthening teacher practice across all content areas by providing direct instructional coaching, facilitating professional learning, and ensuring fidelity to the district's instructional framework. The Director will work collaboratively with school leaders, department chairs, and central office teams to ensure consistent, equitable, and rigorous instruction in every classroom.
