About The Position

The Director of Institutional Research and Accreditation leads Olin College's efforts to collect, analyze, and share data to support strategic planning, decision-making, and continuous improvement. This role oversees institutional research activities, supports curricular and co-curricular assessment, manages external reporting and accreditation processes (including NECHE and ABET), and promotes data literacy across campus. The Director collaborates with leadership, faculty, and administrative teams to develop models, conduct surveys, and provide actionable insights that advance the college's mission and strategic goals. They also manage research tools, budgets, and staff, while serving as a campus resource on best practices in assessment and research compliance. This is an in-person/on-campus position based in Needham, MA, with possible flexible work options. Any approved remote work arrangement must be performed in the state of Massachusetts where Olin is registered to do business.
