The Opportunity: The Director of Inside Sales will architect and lead the transformation of our inside sales organization, managing a team of 10 professionals to scale revenue growth by 30% year-over-year. This strategic role requires a data-driven leader who combines exceptional people management skills with analytical rigor to disrupt traditional lending sales models. The ideal candidate will build scalable sales infrastructure, develop high-performing teams, and leverage AI and automation technologies to drive operational excellence at scale. This position is critical to our strategic expansion into new markets and achieving our aggressive growth targets. This is a full-time employment opportunity working in our Headquarters office in Boca Raton, FL. Requirements

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
Minimum of 5 years successfully leading and scaling inside sales teams
Proven track record of achieving 30%+ YoY revenue growth
Experience scaling teams from 10 to 25+ sales professionals
Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales with consistent 125%+ quota achievement
Experience with sales transformation and operational excellence initiatives
Experience with CRM systems and sales automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
Deep understanding of sales methodologies (MEDDIC, SPICED, Challenger)
Advanced proficiency in data analysis and visualization (Excel, Tableau/PowerBI)
Expertise in AI-powered sales tools and automation platforms
Experience with sales engagement platforms (Outreach, SalesLoft)
Ability to build complex forecasting models and predictive analytics dashboards

Nice To Haves

Experience in real estate lending or mortgage industry

Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Transformation:
Transform and scale the inside sales team while maintaining performance excellence
Architect innovative sales strategies to achieve YoY revenue growth and market expansion objectives
Design and implement comprehensive onboarding programs to accelerate ramp time and drive productivity
Build a culture of continuous improvement and innovation through data-driven coaching and development
Set clear performance goals and implement high-impact feedback systems
Conduct performance reviews and drive strategic improvement initiatives
Lead weekly 1:1s, monthly team reviews, and quarterly performance calibrations
Champion accountability and ownership across all levels of the organization
Revenue Growth & Performance Optimization:
Track and analyze key performance metrics to optimize team and individual performance at scale
Generate executive-level reports on sales activities, pipeline health, and revenue forecasts
Leverage AI and predictive analytics to identify growth opportunities and performance gaps
Partner to design automated KPI dashboards for real-time performance visibility
Partner with RevOps to optimize CRM utilization and drive data integrity
Pioneer AI-powered sales tools to enhance efficiency and decision-making
Strategic Planning & Market Expansion:
Develop and execute transformational inside sales strategies to exceed revenue targets
Lead market expansion initiatives into new geographic territories and customer segments
Analyze market trends to identify and capitalize on disruptive opportunities
Create and manage sales plans, quotas, and forecasts with predictive accuracy
Implement advanced sales methodology using SPICED for customer-centric discovery
Revolutionize the sales process through continuous optimization and innovation
Standardize best practices through scalable playbooks and enablement tools
Cross-Functional Leadership & Innovation:
Partner with senior leadership to align sales transformation with company vision
Drive strategic collaboration with Marketing, Operations, and Product teams
Create feedback loops to accelerate continuous improvement and innovation
Partner with marketing on next-generation lead generation strategies
Lead enterprise-wide initiatives including new product launches and digital transformation projects
