The Director of Inservice Education is a valuable member of the leadership team, responsible for organizing and implementing an ongoing program of employee education. This role involves equipping employees with the skills and knowledge to perform their duties at the highest possible level, maintaining standards of resident care and facility operation. Key responsibilities include training employees on various topics and skills, participating in the on-boarding process for new employees, maintaining training records, and ensuring compliance with State and Federal regulations and company policies. The Director also ensures timely renewal of required nurse licenses, QMA, and CNA certificates, and that necessary BNA and QMA classes are offered and completed per regulation.
