Details about the Director of Innovative Programming position we are hiring for: The purpose of this position is to lead the design, development, and evolution of our resident engagement model. The Director of Innovative Programming will act as the primary architect of the resident experience, setting the vision for programming while partnering closely with the on-site Life Inspired Director, who will lead day-to-day execution and logistics. The Director of Innovative Programming will build and maintain positive working relationships with all community members, community member’s families, staff members and throughout the geographic area of the community serves.
