About The Position
As the Director of Infrastructure, you'll serve as the connective tissue between our internal delivery teams and our most strategically complex customer environments. Your mission is to ensure our platform performs with high availability, compliance, and scalability across classified and unclassified networks—and that customers experience Onebrief as a critical, trusted part of their daily work. You’ll lead initiatives to harden infrastructure, scale secure deployments, evolve internal tooling, and guide how we deliver reliable, secure, and supportable environments as we grow. This role is central to how we maintain our execution speed while earning trust in highly sensitive environments. This is a net-new role reporting to the CIO, with a clear mandate: establish Onebrief’s ability to meet growing enterprise demands without sacrificing our speed or customer obsession.
