About The Position
We are looking for a visionary and strategic Director of Infrastructure Security – Zero Trust to shape and mature our cybersecurity capabilities in support of mission-critical aerospace and defense programs. You will own and evolve our global infrastructure security strategy, driving cohesive architecture, operational excellence, and compliance maturity, particularly aligned with National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) 800-171 in support of Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) standards. Your leadership will unify critical infrastructure security domains, including Zscaler-based Zero Trust networking (ZIA, ZPA, Branch Connector, China Premium Plus across commercial and FedRamp Moderate), firewall lifecycle management, third-party connectivity, and robust cloud security across AWS and Azure environments. You will partner closely with cloud architects and our managed service provider (MSP) to operationalize, scale, and navigate the unique opportunities and complexities inherent in hybrid multi-cloud operations. This is a high-impact opportunity for a strategic thinker comfortable navigating ambiguity, leading transformational change, and driving clarity from complexity, with the flexibility to dive deep into technical details when necessary. This role is open to a remote worker in the United States.
