Position Responsibilities: Support strategy development and infrastructure by providing top-tier project management to enhance operational efficiency, cost control, and network standardization while collaborating with senior leadership Identify and integrate supply chain management processes to enhance demand-supply performance while supporting sustainability strategies and business results Oversee complex, cross-functional infrastructure projects for effective execution Ensure timely delivery of all projects within scope and budget while measuring performance and monitoring return on investment using financial modeling tools Communicate project progress to key stakeholders and Executive Sponsors, developing presentation materials for executive review as needed Collaborate with facility leadership to evaluate and improve business procedures, enhancing supply chain capabilities and cost-effectiveness Other duties as assigned Required Education and Experience: Bachelor’s Degree with 10 plus years of related experience and 6 plus years of management experience or High School Diploma/General Education Degree (GED) with 13 plus years of specific experience and 7 plus years of management experience Preferred Education and Experience: Master’s Degree Benefits At the Reyes Family of Businesses, our Total Rewards Strategy prioritizes the holistic well-being of our employees.
