The role requires leading and developing a high-performing IT organization that excels in supporting the business. Responsibilities include providing technology-related recommendations to enhance business performance, implementing infrastructure solutions, managing a network across approximately one hundred locations in the U.S. and Canada, and addressing user hardware, software, and network issues. Additionally, the role involves establishing a roadmap for business intelligence and analytics, ensuring a secure network environment, maintaining a disaster recovery plan, developing training content, and managing KPIs for the IT function. Other projects and duties may be assigned as needed.
