The position involves collaborating with business leadership to develop holistic IT strategies that meet the operating needs of the business, support growth, and solve business problems. The role requires leading and developing a high-performing IT organization that excels in supporting the business. Responsibilities include providing technology-related recommendations to enhance business performance, implementing infrastructure solutions, managing a network across approximately one hundred locations in the U.S. and Canada, and addressing user hardware, software, and network issues. Additionally, the role involves establishing a roadmap for business intelligence and analytics, ensuring a secure network environment, maintaining a disaster recovery plan, developing training content, and managing KPIs for the IT function. Other projects and duties may be assigned as needed.

  • Collaborating with business leadership to develop holistic IT strategies.
  • Leading and developing a high-performing IT organization.
  • Providing forward-looking technology-related recommendations.
  • Recommending and implementing infrastructure solutions.
  • Managing and supporting a network with approximately one hundred locations across the U.S. and Canada.
  • Supporting the business with resources to address user hardware, software, and network problems.
  • Establishing a roadmap for effective business intelligence, analytics, and decision support.
  • Ensuring and maintaining a secure network environment and leading towards cybersecurity compliance certifications.
  • Ensuring a functioning disaster recovery plan for core IT systems.
  • Developing training content to maximize IT investment.
  • Creating and managing KPIs for the IT function.
  • Other projects and duties as assigned.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a closely related field (preferred).
  • At least ten years of experience with advancing responsibilities across various IT areas.
  • A business partnering and servant leadership approach to supporting the business.
  • A disposition and initiative to seek improvement and challenge the status quo.
  • Ability to work effectively with people at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong blend of Executive level communication skills and technical acumen.
  • A track record of successful IT leadership across multiple disciplines.
  • Desire to work in the office, network with internal business leaders, and travel for business occasionally.
