Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Management, or Information Technology
  • 8+ years in IT management roles
  • In-depth understanding and practical experience with IT risk andpliance, Data Center and Cloud operations, Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity, IT connectivity and networks, and End User services.
  • Strongmunication and leadership skills
  • Experience managing vendors and external personnel as well as experience managing internationally distributed teams.
  • Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or Certified Information Security Manager (CISM)
  • ITIL v4 Foundation: IT Service Management and Incident Response
  • Exceptionalanizational and prioritization skills with the ability to manage, delegate, and deliver multipleplex projects simultaneously.
  • Strongmunicator, capable of engaging effectively across all levels of theanization and constructively navigating stakeholder resistance.
  • Clear, concise, and adaptablemunicator — able to translateplex technical topics for non-technical audiences.
  • Experienced in leadinganizations through digital transformation and major change initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of the IT roadmap in alignment with business objectives
  • Oversee all IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, software, and cybersecurity
  • Own the IT budget, contracts, procurement, and capital planning
  • Manage internal IT staff and external technology vendors (ERP, CRM, licensing, hardware)
  • Ensure data security, regulatorypliance, and risk mitigation across theanization
  • Collaboration services, including application development and support for M365 and Point.
  • Guide modernization efforts for ERP, CRM, and infrastructure platforms
  • Provide escalation support for critical incidents and ensure high service availability
