About The Position
Become one of the authors of our story. Join Auberge Resorts Collection as the Director of Technology – New Openings and Transitions, a highly strategic and hands-on leadership role responsible for delivering the full technology lifecycle for new hotel openings, property transitions, and major capital renovation projects. This role requires a dynamic leader who thrives at the intersection of hospitality operations, IT infrastructure, construction, and technology innovation. You will drive all aspects of technology design, planning, deployment, and operational readiness for new properties and support the broader growth strategy of Auberge. Working closely with internal teams and external partners, you will ensure each opening is operationally sound, on time, and future-ready. This role is based out of our Bethesda, MD home office with travel up to 50% depending on the volume of projects.
