The Director of Information Technology is responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and management of the organization’s IT operations, infrastructure, and strategic initiatives. This role partners with the CIO and executive leadership to develop and execute the company’s technology roadmap, ensuring that systems, data, and applications support business goals and regulatory requirements. The Director provides leadership to the Service Desk Manager and technical support team, driving operational excellence, innovation, and the effective use of business intelligence (BI), artificial intelligence (AI), and automation technologies to improve performance and efficiency across the enterprise.
