About The Position
The Director of Individual Giving at The Bridge for Youth (BFY) is a pivotal role focused on advancing the organization's mission to support youth experiencing homelessness. This position is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to significantly grow individual philanthropic giving, including major gifts, and will collaborate closely with the President, finance teams, and Board of Directors. The Director will also lead efforts in donor cultivation, stewardship, and the launch of a capital campaign aimed at meeting strategic growth goals.
