About The Position
The Director of Indirect Procurement will lead a high-performing global team responsible for all indirect procurement functions, including category management and strategic supplier partnerships. This dynamic leader will play a key role in setting the strategy and driving execution across a broad range of categories such as Transportation, Travel, Marketing, Facilities, Packaging, Print, CapEx, Services, MRO, and IT. This role is an exciting opportunity to lead and mentor a talented group of procurement professionals across the Brunswick enterprise, with a strong emphasis on strategic sourcing, negotiation, contract management, and stakeholder collaboration. Reporting into the Vice President of Global Supply Chain, the role is integral to driving operational excellence and aligning procurement strategies with organizational goals.
