About The Position
The Human Resources Director for Kilgore Flares (KFL) develops and implements effective human resources programs, policies, and initiatives and is an active member of the Senior Leadership Team. The Human Resources Director is the primary point of service for HR issues and is accountable for workforce planning, employee communications and culture, professional development, employee relations, performance management, professional development including mentoring and coaching, organizational development, compensation, benefits and government compliance. This position requires a business partner who is collaborative and capable of building consensus and commitment toward shared outcomes. This role serves as a strategic advisor to the President and Senior Leadership Team, with responsibility for developing and executing the HR strategy to enable achievement of the business, people and corporate objectives. This leader will increase organizational effectiveness, efficiency and profitability through the alignment of personnel to manage costs and enhance overall financial performance.
