The Director of Human Resources is a trusted advisor to all levels of the business, with a key role in aligning people's strategies with the overall goals of Marmon Retail Solutions. With a professional and collaborative approach, this position partners with business unit leadership to provide strategic guidance on organizational and workforce matters. In addition to delivering HR services, the HR Business Partner drives the implementation of key HR programs that support the business unit's success and contribute to the broader company strategy. In partnership with Corporate and Group HR COEs, the Director of Human Resources will own and provide leadership and oversight in areas including employee relations, employee acquisition and retention, local compensation and benefits, HRCM/records management, learning and development, talent management and succession planning, investigations, and ensuring compliance.
