The Director of Human Resources provides managerial, strategic, and administrative leadership for all HR activities across multiple business units. Core responsibilities include talent acquisition strategy, onboarding, compensation and benefits oversight, performance management, compliance, and employee relations. This individual will guide and support the HR team while aligning policies and procedures with overall business objectives. This role requires travel to locations in Hanover, PA, Richmond, VA, and Florida to support HR operations.
