The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of progressive human resources experience including labor relations, a deep understanding of collective bargaining agreement compliance and management, financial leadership, contract and negotiations experience as well as an affinity for building relationships and cultivating an uplifting building culture. Attention to detail, ability to speak additional languages, and New York City union experience is a plus. A Director of Human Resources is responsible for directing and administering the Human Resources function in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.
