  • Partner with university administrative and faculty leaders to deliver HR leadership.
  • Manage performance management processes and employee relations initiatives.
  • Oversee talent management, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
  • Lead training and organizational development efforts.
  • Administer employee benefits and manage leaves of absence.
  • Oversee salary administration and other HR initiatives.
