About The Position

The Director of Human Resources will be instrumental in shaping the workforce strategy of the company, ensuring that HR practices align with business goals while fostering a positive workplace culture. This role involves overseeing various HR activities, including employee relations, compliance, talent management, and the development of HR policies and programs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree or relevant HR certification preferred.
  • Minimum 8+ years of progressive experience in human resources, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.
  • Demonstrated experience in employee relations, compensation and benefits, and HR strategy.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage a diverse team of HR professionals.
  • Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies that drive business results.
  • High level of emotional intelligence and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to navigate complex issues.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite; familiarity with data analytics is a plus.
