About The Position

The Director of Human Resources serves as the primary assistant to the Chief of Staff, providing high-level leadership, supervision, and operational oversight of all HR functions. Reporting directly to the Chief of Staff, this position plays a critical role in implementing the district's workforce strategy, ensuring legal compliance, and building a positive, high-performing workforce. This role supports all phases of the employee life cycle-including recruitment, hiring, and evaluation-and provides additional supervision and support to Human Resources staff.
