About The Position
The Human Resources Manager is responsible for managing the Human Resources Department, ensuring compliance with all Corporate, Area, and hotel policies and procedures, as well as current local and government regulations pertaining to employee practices. This role involves contributing to the development and preparation of the hotel's Strategic Plan, Marketing Plan, and Goals Program as part of the Executive Committee. The HR Manager will also prepare controls and ensure effective use of the Personnel Department and related budgets, maintain and review personnel policies, and ensure clear communication exists regarding employer-employee relations and hotel policies.
