About The Position
The Director of Human Resources is responsible for managing the HR services provided by the Keiser human resources (HR) department. The Director of Human Resources is responsible for various essential functions including employee relations support, payroll and benefits administration, university recruiting and hiring, developing and disseminating HR policies, and training and development.
