Requirements

  • 8–12+ years of progressive HR leadership experience
  • Proven ability to operate as a strategic partner to senior leadership
  • Experience in growing or evolving organizations (M&A experience a plus)
  • Strong business acumen and ability to influence at the executive level
  • Builder mindset-comfortable creating structure and leading change

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in architecture, engineering, construction, or professional services environments a plus
  • Experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, or rapid organizational growth preferred
  • SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or similar certification preferred
  • Experience in multi-office or multi-state organizations a plus

Responsibilities

  • Partner with executive leadership to align people strategy with business growth

  • Build scalable HR programs to support a growing, multi-office firm
  • Drive talent acquisition, retention, and employee engagement initiatives
