This role requires a forward-thinking professional who can drive meaningful progress in employee engagement while supporting the evolving needs of caregivers across the organization, including an expanded focus on our Behavioral Health Unit. The ability to operate autonomously while ensuring alignment with organizational policies, best practices, and culture is essential. Union experience is strongly preferred. The most successful candidate will be guided by unwavering integrity and a strong sense of accountability, paired with a customer-service mindset and relationship-driven approach. Exceptional attention to detail, effective conflict resolution skills, and the ability to build trust with diverse stakeholders will be critical to leading with impact and credibility in this role. A caregiver in this position works Monday-Friday, from 8:00am - 5:00pm.
