HRMC is seeking a self-motivated, resourceful and forward-thinking leader to join our leadership team. Responsibilities include managing, planning and coordinating the operations of the HRMC Physicians Clinic to include: supervising all clinic staff, coding, billing and collecting procedures, monitoring delivery of patient services, planning for space allocation, acting as liaison with patients, businesses, and administration. Utilizes knowledge of organizational policies, procedures and systems to define the mission, goals, budget and performance standards for the clinic. Demonstrates ability to work effectively with physicians, staff, patients, public and external agencies and take initiative to exercise independent judgment, decision-making and problem solving.
