About The Position
The Director will lead a team of HRIS professionals and own the ongoing design, deployment, and maintenance of Workday HCM (Core HCM, Absence, Compensation, Payroll, and Recruiting) and Kronos (UKG) timekeeping. This position will work with key business stakeholders and the HR organization to solve business problems through technology and process improvements. The Director will be responsible for providing strategic direction for the Workday HCM platform, the Kronos (UKG) platform and the Workday HRIS team, as well as partner with stakeholders across North America to support the technology roadmap and digital transformation initiatives.
