About The Position

The position involves partnering with leadership teams to provide best-in-class agile solutions to employees. The role requires building strong relationships with key leaders to ensure HR services are aligned with the needs of the business. Additionally, the candidate will implement HR strategies that drive business outcomes and support management by providing HR advice, counsel, and decisions, as well as analyzing workforce analytics and applications. Other projects or duties may be assigned as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree and 10 plus years of related experience with 6 plus years of management experience.
• High School Diploma/General Education Degree with 13 plus years of specific experience and 7 plus years of management experience.
